Angela Race, Founder

Angela has over 30 years' senior management and board experience in the financial services sector, serving as Operations Director in several different organisations. She co-founded an asset finance company at the age of 27, which was bought by a subsidiary of HBOS in 1998 and then successfully achieved a management buyout with the assistance of the Skipton Building Society. The company was finally sold in 2005 and Angela worked as a consultant in various financial services companies prior to establishing Pink Zebra Coaching in 2011. Since the she has coached directors and managers of large organisations such as Aldermore Bank, Rothschilds, ABN AMRO, Close Brothers, various SMEs and new business start ups. She combines her knowledge of both human and organisational psychology with business acumen to enhance the effectiveness of both her clients and their organisations.


Angela qualified in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in 2011 and holds a Post Gradulate qualification in Personnel and Development (CIPD) from Brighton University.


Angela offers executive, leadership and small business coaching.
